It's modern, nice decoration and quite functional. The nice oil essence smell in receptioning was both welcoming and relaxing. The Birch room is more than sufficient for two people with nice sofa and chair and the very helpful coat hanger. I would recommend the room. Also the location is convenient with good transport links.

Great venue, the boardroom was lovely to be in and the staff member on reception was very helpful and professional. A bottle of water and glasses were ready on the table for my clients, and I was shown where we could help ourselves to hot drinks if required. We will book again.

The venue was clean, contemporary and well equipped. It was a great price and has very reasonable cancellation terms (I had had to provisionally book an extra day, which wasn't required. Cancelling at short notice received a partial refund, but this would have been a total loss at most other venues) The reception staff were also very helpful, approachable and proactive. The kitchen area was clean, presentable and well equipped and refreshments were never in short supply.

The venue was located very centrally and with views into the Regents Park. The rooms have large windows so it feels spacious. The staff on hand from the initial enquiry all the way through the hire were attentive and accommodating to our needs. We made three-room bookings because we were so pleased with the service received. I highly recommend this venue.

Great atmosphere. Friendly helpful from the moment I booked. Caroline was efficient helpful and there was no bother on any changes I needed to add throughout the process. The team at Heist bank are a real asset to the company. The food was amazing, the sliders and pizzas had everyone raving. We loved it so much, we are doing our next two events at Heist Bank in the Games Room, and potentially a 3rd towards the end of the year.

Great venue and easy process. Location is a "little" tricky to find but not the venues fault its just where it is. The staff helped to get the audio working, and were accommodating when we had an extra guest. The catering was also good and more than sufficient quantity, though be prepared to get your own hot and cold water when required (kitchen was next door so a minor issue). Would highly recommend and book again.

The venue was great and wifi good. There was somebody on hand for any technical issues if required. In the lead up to the event, the staff were excellent in ensuring that we would have everything that we needed. We ordered a working lunch, which was delicious - freshly prepared and good. We would definitely use this facility again as good value and a great location.
