Clean. Well lit. Air con. Nicely decorated. Swish surroundings. Water and self-service hot drinks.
We booked from 9am. Usually meeting organiser is allowed in a few minutes early to set up, but there was no access til 9am on the dot. Meeting room is annex of hotel dining room, so between 9 and 11 there was noise from breakfast and cleaners, and it lacked privacy. After 11 was quiet. Staff were aloof and unwelcoming. Rather than being shown around, we were told "through there on the left". Noone asked if everything was OK or if we needed anything nor were we given wifi access.

Lovely room for our meeting. Easy to find, but quite discreet. Freindly front desk staff and very welcome coffee, tea etc.

It was great hospitality provided from Alex and the team both before and during my room booking. Alina was very attentive on the day to all my needs (and additional one such as cutlery, printing and extra space for guests to access during lunch). The staff were welcoming and approachable throughout. It was money well spent!
AC was not cool enough causing the room to be a bit warm for guests although staff assisted to partially opening the window which helped significantly.
