Great experience booking with Montagu Place - firstly; Alina was really prompt with replying, helpful & reassuring - i really appreciated all of her efforts and kindness before the booking and on the day. The room was bright, cool despite the hot day, and they allowed me to change the table layout and even did that for me, the room looked really smart, all my guests commented on how nice it looked. Plenty of tea / coffee options, lots of bottled water and some biscuits too, aswell as notepads for my meeting attendees. Would definitely recommend and also the location is really good!

This is the third time we used this venue. It shows how satisfied we are. We were five persons and this was very good size room for us, even for a full day of meetings. Clean, well-maintained, well-equipped, well-stocked, and friendly as always.
Nothing really. As a previous review mentioned, there is only one washroom. For our group that wasn't really an issue. If you have a larger group, I imagine there might be a bit of a wait.

It's comfortable, tastefully furnished with plenty of natural light. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided, also biscuits. The projection equipments work well. Staff were helpful, friendly and flexible. As some of us arrived early and the room was available, we were also allowed to access it early. There is only one washroom but very clean and well supplied. Being able to use the circulation area (the boutique hotel's tasteful lobby) was also very helpful.

Yes, that’s all confirmed, thank you. We’ll arrange the room as shown in the photo, with a table and seating suitable for six to eight people. Having it set for that size will be no problem at all, and we’ll ensure everything is ready for your arrival on the night.

Yes, the meeting room air conditioning works well and can be switched on in advance so the room is cool for meetings.

Yes, the flipchart comes with pens. If notepads rather than Post-it notes are required, the venue can provide those as well.
