Meeting room was as shown in the picture. Kitchen facilities were good

When we arrived at the front door we called the mobile number that I was given and asked to call upon arrival. The lady who answered said she could not see our booking and didn’t let ya in ! We waited outside for 15minutes until someone who was working in the building came from outside and kindly let us in.

On arrival at the building, it was not clear how to gain entry to the building. I had to call Workpad to find out where to go. Although the offer of coffee and tea was much appreciated, my guest asked for milk which was not available.
