Freud Museum London Ratings and Reviews
Daniel and Francisco were so incredibly helpful and accommodating - thank you for letting us use your beautiful venue for the evening!
Great venue and thank you so much to Francisco for all his help in arranging the event and on the day.
Excellent customer service, greeted by the manager and strong communication throughout
Facilities could be more in-line with what is in the market (tea, coffee, water brought to the room for example)
We held my husband's surprise 70th Birthday party in the Freud Museum Garden a week ago. I visited the museum prior to the event with the caterers (Black Pot) and we found the Museum staff, especially Francisco, very helpful with suggestions for the lay out of seats and tables and whether we should use a marquee or not. In the event the day was very hot and sunny and we were pleased to be able to use both the marquee and enjoy the placement of the seats and tables in the shady parts of the garden. We found that the garden comfortably accommodated around 45 adults and six children. The party was a great success and many guests commented on how lovely the gardens were and the delicious food.
Perfect location for a summer garden party. Francisco was extremely helpful. All went without a hitch. We bought in our own caterers
The garden is splendid and makes for a wonderful backdrop.
There was ample space for 24 chivalri chairs for the children, a bouncy castle and seating for the adults. We had two huge barbeques and serving tables.
I love the venue, and its uniqueness. The staff is really friendly and makes you feel very welcome.
My guests says that it was a bit far from the shops ( for our lunchtime break), but to be honest it is not that far at all.
Was a fantastic location for mums 60th birthday party. A beautiful garden with a marquee. We organised our own catering, cake, drinks and hired bouncy castle. Francisco was very helpful throughout... messaged any questions and was quick to respond. On the day the venue was very helpful too. Mum was so happy and the guests loved the location and party. The weather didn't let us as down either as thankfully the sun was shining! Was also great to be able to look around the museum.
The garden was beautiful, and the staff at the Freud Museum are just wonderful. So helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
None, it was fantastic.
