Excellent customer service, greeted by the manager and strong communication throughout

Facilities could be more in-line with what is in the market (tea, coffee, water brought to the room for example)

I love the venue, and its uniqueness. The staff is really friendly and makes you feel very welcome.

My guests says that it was a bit far from the shops ( for our lunchtime break), but to be honest it is not that far at all.
