- The illusion that everything discussed and agreed was going to be delivered until less than 2 days before the event. - The room actually looks like the picture.
The deception. Staff will treat you nicely however not deliver. Agree one thing and do another. Failed their agreement. I was very willing to work things through until an individual made it seem that what we agreed was a figment of my imagination when challenged by their boss - even though it is all documented! Poor communication amongst the team - nobody seems to know what is going on. If I were to list everything on here it would be pages long. Make sure you communicate only via email and keep a trail as evidence, record every conversation, as they will deny what you agreed with them. The air con didn't work, but prior to the agreement it was supposed to work. Terrible food too. EVERYTHING at this venue went wrong, and a "sorry" and a ruined event is what you will receive. Good luck!
Nice lady, seemed bubbly and helpful prior to the event. Didn't answer calls on the day of the event when staff refused to allow us in the room as promised, or to resolve all of the on site issues. We waited over 3 hours - the event was a horror.
