Natalie was incredibly friendly and helpful. Her response time was efficient and gave useful suggestions. The venue was ideal for what we used it for and gave the perfect atmosphere. We hosted around 30 people and it fit us well.
At times it did get a bit warm, there is air conditioning, but we weren’t completely sure how to increase and decrease. A pamphlet with that information would be useful. The venue is reasonably priced but the extra add ons do bump it up a bit, so worth considering depending on how long you require the venue for

- Versatile event space: A spacious, adaptable floor plan that can be split into two zones, the Café and the Lounge, each comfortably accommodating up to 40 guests.
- Dedicated small recording/editing studio: Perfect for podcasts, voiceovers, or creative projects. We have a diverse range of equipment, as well access to engineers, which you can hire in addition to the studio booking rate.
- Tech-ready setup: WiFi, a large flat-screen wall monitor, projector, and surround sound system, all included to support presentations, screenings, or hybrid meetings.

Whether you’re planning a product launch, community meet-up, workshop, or creative event, our venue provides a welcoming and professional environment in one of London’s most central neighbourhoods.
For each hire we require:

- Separate refundable £250 (£500 for Studio hire) deposit must be paid to us directly prior to your hire date.
**As part of our commitment to giving back, we keep our venue hire rates affordable to make our space accessible to everyone. All profits from venue hire are reinvested into projects delivered by our CIC, directly benefiting the local community we serve.
**As we operate as a public café and must comply with strict food hygiene and safety standards, a self-catering fee applies if you choose to bring your own catering. This helps maintain our standards and cover additional cleaning.

Yes. Drinks can be ordered separately during the event, while snacks and light bites are displayed on the Café counter.
The venue offers two flexible hire spaces, the Lounge and the Café, which can be booked separately or together. The Lounge has a strict no food or drinks policy, and all activities, including set-up and clearing down, must take place within the booked hire period.
Yes, guests under 18 are welcome, provided they are accompanied by adults.
Yes, we work closely with our catering suppliers by sharing your preferences with them. They then provide a selection of options for you to review and choose from.
Yes, seating and tables are included in the hire cost.
Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
