Great open spaces. Music works really well. Very helpful guidance from the venue staff. Very positive experience
Minor issues. The lift doesn't go to the main floor meaning transporting heavy items is very difficult. The signs for the toilets aren't completely obvious. Other than that, a great venue.

I booked the Libary room for 20 people and was given the Gallery. The room was only set up for 16 people. There we no note pads or pens available or set out (as per picture). The tables we were given were broken and some actually collapse when we were using them. Our meeting was part in person and part virtual and within 10 minutes of our meeting the Wifi broke. I went up stairs to find that there are no reception and after speaking to other users around the building I also found out that the wifi breaking was a common occurrence (the Gallery was 2 floors underground which meant that we had no 5G signal). I have messaged Nadine to raise an formal complaint but not heard a peep back. Do not book this venue if you want to be able to run a meeting successfully.

Amazing location, staff answered questions super fast, food was nice as was the room.
We went on a very hot London day and the aircon in the building wasn't great. It was either too hot off or noisy when turned on - we understand it's an old building so probably doesn't have built in aircon! Would have been nice to have a different daily delegate menu for each day as well.
