Absolutely amazing venue for all sorts of filming, great atmosphere too. The hosts are very nice people and we will definitely book in again soon
Airplanes can be a problem if you record sound in the garden, but cause no issues when indoors, very good soundproof location otherwise.

Large detached house in North London, quiet location with garden, set in half an acre of land. Multiple filming spaces and background options, superb access/ logistics, great crew facilities, three phase power.

Expansive drawing room with oak floor and sash windows; two different kitchens: one family style/ traditional in dark wood and cream plus one modern in aluminium with granite island; two bedrooms: one with modern four poster bed and one very large bedroom with multiple viewpoints; attractive entrance and central hall; office/ study; ante/ therapy room; bright conservatory; large separate green room /multipurpose space; garden with level lawn and paving, outside terrace with fireplace and small forest area; covered alley; large industrial multipurpose outbuilding containing gym and sauna; old coach house. Most rooms are ground floor with easy power and lighting options.
Facilities
Abundant power sockets inside and outside, three phase power (5 pin socket), private parking for 5+ cars, wifi. Dedicated cast and crew washrooms (5 toilets). Spaces for catering, props, lighting, green room, etc. Furniture and other props available. Overnight storage available.
