The kitchen and toilet facilities were clean. The staff let us in early and let us stay later they didn’t rush us out.
There were stains on the table. There were stains on the chairs. The venue wasn’t set up exactly as I asked for. We had difficulties with the technology, projector, hdmi, sound! The staff did not stay to help us to set this up and explain properly we had to call them back. This led to delays and changes to the schedule of my programme It wasn’t set up exactly how I asked, but this was ok as I made changes anyway.

Nice inexpensive central location. Samira was helpful in organising viewing. Glad to have staff on hand to help with issues at the event.
The venue seemed to be double-booked when we turned up and there was a regular booking for the dance class at the start of our booking so at first it was uncertain whether we even had the event (we were doing filming and livestream so had to start on time), we had less time to prepare than we would've liked. Luckily they were asked to leave which we felt a bit bad about. Also it was claimed that a lot of our emails went to their spam folder so it felt I only get one reply after a few emails. Communication could be better.

Room is very big with air-con. Great facility and close to underground station.
Wifi is is rather slow but if you don't need it for the meeting then there shouldn't be a problem but we needed it for our training so it was a little inconvenience for us.
