Space 3-3, a 300 sq ft interior loft, is the perfect setting for your next meeting, off-site, or presentation! It's additional sound-dampening panels provide a quiet and productive environment.
With the ability to host up to 20 people, along with an adjustable set-ups including tables, chairs, projectors and more, Space 3-3 is the perfect space for your next event!

Made up of 13 individual spaces, Cre8ive can accommodate multi-room bookings and a plethora of different uses. Our dynamic spaces are conveniently located just steps from Penn Station/NJ Transit, walking distance from all subway lines, along with several cafes and restaurants.

Please note that the total number of people given means the total number of people that will be coming during the length of your stay. Due to distancing guidelines and our respect for all the other guests, there will be a monetary penalty for additional guests.

We do not host parties.
No Smoking in the building.
Prior permission is required for pets.
Rental time includes set up and break down time.
Renter is responsible for any damages to the studio and/or its contents.
Ages +12 are allowed to use the space.
You can keep your setup overnight. Please contact us so we can work out a dedicated space and layout perfect for you.
