The space can be arranged depending on the activity, whether it’s a rehearsal, a meeting, or a recording session.

Classes/Rehearsals: $30/hour
Meetings: $30/hour (Standard) | $40/hour (With A/V monitor)
Note: Non-profits receive an automatic 10% discount.

Booking & Time
Prompt Exit: Your rental time includes setup and breakdown. Overtime is billed at the full hourly rate.
Security Deposit: Required for all bookings; refunded post-inspection.
Space Etiquette
"Leave No Trace": Restore the room to its original layout. All props and furniture must be returned to storage.
Walls & Floors: Use only spike tape on floors. No nails, screws, or adhesive tape on walls.
Noise: Keep studio doors closed during sessions to respect other artists in the building.
Prohibited Items & Safety
Smoke-Free: No smoking or vaping anywhere indoors. Immediate $200 fine for violations.
Hazards: No open flames, glitter, confetti, or unapproved stage weapons.
Food/Drink: Water only in the theatre. Food and other drinks are restricted to the lobby and kitchen.
Trash & Cleanup
Waste: All trash must be bagged and placed in designated bins.
Damage: Renters are financially responsible for any damage to equipment or the facility.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
