About this space

The studio is a rectangular room with 12.5‑foot ceilings, hardwood floors and large windows that provide ample daylight. Overhead fluorescent fixtures provide even illumination and ceiling outlets permit dimmable supplemental lighting.

Room features: A PA system provides on-site playback and announcements; venue Wi‑Fi and air conditioning support cast and crew during sessions, and an on-site storage area secures gear.

Best for: Dance and movement rehearsals, small castings and workshops, and photography or video shoots.

What sets it apart: Double‑framed, insulated walls with two layers of drywall on each side bonded with green glue and acoustic insulation reduce noise transmission between rooms.

No, the venue does not have microphones and is not a podcast or recording studio. It rents empty spaces for meetings and various activities, but can provide a complimentary Bluetooth speaker for the booked space.
