About this space

A tall, rectangular studio with 12.5-foot ceilings, continuous hardwood flooring and a neutral white finish. Large industrial windows deliver daylight while overhead linear fluorescent fixtures provide even, even artificial light.

Room features: The room is set up for presentations and amplified audio, with a projector, wall-mounted whiteboard, PA system/speakers and air conditioning.

Best for: The space supports instructor-led workshops, rehearsal and audition sessions, and movement or fitness classes.

What sets it apart: The room's double-framed, insulated walls use two layers of sheetrock with green glue and acoustic insulation to reduce noise transmission between studios.

Do yourself a favor! If you’re going to book a room for a table read or conference-Crea8ive sets the standard! They stay open past 6p. (When most other conference spaces don’t offer this option) We booked from 7-10p, which was great for free street parking after 7p. Two very powerful factors in choosing this facility. Also, the facility is modern, clean and comfortable. All my guests kept admiring the space. Arturo, the onsite host was kind, helpful and informative. We ordered pizza for the cast and crew from Andiamo a few blocks away. No charge for outside food. The hourly rate of the conference room was a value for such a wonderful space. Lastly, having my name on the door to the conference room was a professional touch which was delightful to see. Overall, when booking future conferences, Crea8ive is my goto! I highly recommend it be yours too.
