A newly renovated, column-free studio in Hell’s Kitchen, available hourly or weekly. At 18ft x 42ft, it’s ideal for rehearsals, classes, shoots, events, and more, with a wooden dance floor, piano, mirrors, props, and LED lighting.
Enjoy panoramic views of NYC from this private, ventilated space in the heart of the theater district.

No food or drink on the piano.
Please restore as you found it; furniture must be returned to its designated area. This clean-up and set-up should be done during your studio booking time.
Please keep the studio door closed during use.
Studio guests must congregate inside the studio and not in the outside office space.
Chairs, tables, stools, cubes, and stands may be configured as desired. However, special permission is required to move the piano and place things on the walls. All items in studio can be removed, except piano.
NO hard dancing shoes (ex: heels, tap, boots). Only soft shoes.
Cancellation policy: Very flexible
