The studio is an enclosed, rectangular room with white walls, hardwood floors and a wall-length mirror; 12.5' ceilings create clear vertical space and fluorescent fixtures deliver bright, even artificial light.

Room features: The space supports controlled lighting setups via dimmer-controlled ceiling outlets and plumbing-pipe mounting points, and it provides on-site PA speakers and Wi‑Fi for playback and remote connectivity. The studio also includes storage space and wheelchair access.

Best for: Dance and movement classes, auditions and rehearsals, small photography and video shoots, and workshops.

What sets it apart: The room has double-framed, two-layer drywall construction with Green Glue and acoustic insulation to minimize noise transmission between studios.
