Designed to accommodate a wide range of events, our spacious 460 sq ft loft offers ample room for your group to spread out and fully engage in activities, while the high exposed ceilings create a modern and inspiring environment.
The flexible layout of Space 1-1 allows you to customize the space to suit your specific needs. Whether you require a traditional conference set-up, a classroom format, or a breakout session area, we can fully accommodate your preferences. Please note that the total number of people given means the total number of people that will be coming during the length of your stay. Due to distancing guidelines and our respect for all the other guests, there will be a monetary penalty for additional guests.

We do not host parties.
No Smoking in the building.
Prior permission is required for pets.
Rental time includes set up and break down time.
Renter is responsible for any damages to the studio and/or its contents.
Ages +12 are allowed to use the space.
You can keep your setup overnight. Please contact us so we can work out a dedicated space and layout perfect for you.
