About this space

The studio has 12.5-foot ceilings, hardwood floors and a full-length mirrored wall. The room receives abundant natural light through large windows and has exposed track and fluorescent fixtures with ceiling outlets on dimmer switches.

Room features: An integrated PA and speaker system supports playback and amplified rehearsals, and onsite Wi‑Fi enables streaming and tethered workflows. Air conditioning provides climate control and the room includes dedicated storage for equipment.

Best for: Dance and movement classes, rehearsals and auditions, and small-scale photo or video shoots.

What sets it apart: Double-framed, insulated walls with two layers of sheetrock and green glue reduce noise transmission between rooms.

I liked the ease of my guests being able to arrive and the space was clean. Thought it could have used one more sweep maybe.

I wish there was maybe a coat rack since it is winter and people needed a place to put jackets. I set up 15 yoga mats but it was a bit tight for some students. Maybe 10-12 mats would fit nicer.
