About this space

Featuring 12+ foot ceilings, big windows, and a mirrored wall to let in natural light and create a chic ambiance, Cre8ive Studio 1-1 is a roomy, adaptable loft.

Up to 45 people can be accommodated in the 500 square foot area, which also features soundproofing, flexible lighting, and acoustic installation. The beginning rate is $52 per hour, and you can furnish the space as you see fit.

We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra-wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible), it is also possible to book a bathroom for production shoots.
