Cre8ive Space 2-5, a 344 sq foot loft, boasts 12+ foot ceilings, a mirrored wall, and outward-facing, oversized windows for tons of natural light. The space accommodates up to 30 people, has acoustic installation along with sound dampening, and versatile lighting. Starting at $38 an hour, Space 2-5 can be customized with requested furniture to fit your every need!
Our versatile space is conveniently located just steps from Penn Station and is close to all subway lines. Made up of 13 individual studios, Cre8ive can accommodate multiple room bookings and a plethora of uses. Each studio has Wi-Fi, acoustic insulation, and versatile lighting.
We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible), and has cold and sparkling water available.
Suitable for Film & Photo Shoots, Meetings, Presentations, Workshops, Interviews/Small Castings, Fittings, Yoga/Fitness classes, Movement/Improv classes, and more!
For castings and auditions, please contact us about if you will be needing a waiting room.
For schedule optimization purposes, bookings of less than 3 hours may be moved to another room of the same type.
Electricity is provided 100% by renewable (wind) energy.

Please note that the total number of people given means the total number of people that will be coming during the length of your stay. Due to distancing guidelines and our respect for all the other guests, there will be a monetary penalty for additional guests.

We do not host parties.
No Smoking in the building.
Prior permission is required for pets.
Rental time includes set up and break down time.
Renter is responsible for any damages to the studio and/or its contents.
Ages +12 are allowed to use the space.
You can keep your setup overnight. Please contact us so we can work out a dedicated space and layout perfect for you.
