At KIP studios we offer to rent the checkered room, which has black and white checkers from floor to ceiling. It's free of most furniture so you can organize your space from scratch.
We can also provide you with other amenities, including a rotating selection of furniture, props, art, light fixtures, and plants as well as a Bluetooth speaker, projector, minifridge, microwave, and coffeemaker for use.
Prices
If the crew has 15-25 people, the price is $15/hour more. If the crew is under 15 people, the given pricing applies.

Host rules
Anything can be removed or moved, as long as it is returned to its original state.
All noise must be kept under 90Dbb per city noise ordinance.
Smoking cigarettes can be done outside on the porch, please.
No pets allowed.
No parties are allowed.
Absolutely no roof access - there is a fine for breaking this rule.
All productions must end by 11 PM.
COVID-19 RULES
The entire crew must wear masks upon entering the building.
No more than 15 people are allowed.

The studio is curated with a rotating selection of furniture, props, art, light fixtures, and plants, perfect for various photoshoots and filming all kinds of videos. The studio includes natural lighting, which can be blacked out if needed. There is also a Bluetooth speaker, projector, minifridge, microwave, and coffeemaker for use.
