Lined with expansive North and South-facing windows, the studio is flooded with natural light throughout the day. Its open layout is perfect for setting up multiple sets and accommodating larger teams.

This studio is equipped with practical features, including a kitchenette, an en suite shower room, and access to 3-phase power, ensuring convenience for all types of projects. Located adjacent to Studio 3, Studio 1 can be hired alongside it for larger productions, providing additional flexibility and space.

Host rules

1. No smoking is allowed inside the premises.
2. Each studio comes with photographic equipment included in the hire fee, check the individual studio pages to see what is included with each studio.
3. Each studio comes with a steamer, rail (more available on request), hangers, iron and ironing board.
4. Please note that we are no longer providing free coloramas. We stock the 2.72m size in arctic white, storm grey and black (£25.00 per 3m soiled).
5. There will always be a member of staff on hand to make sure you are set up and comfortable with the lighting and all other equipment.
6. Audio recording and noise levels: Please be aware that the studios are not suitable for recording audio due to nearby train lines and the busy nature of the Bussey Building as a whole. Our neighbours are respectful and we kindly ask that you keep excessive noise to a minimum. Live musical performance and amplified music in general (apart from a small bluetooth speaker), is not allowed. We reserve the right to immediately terminate a booking in progress if the above it not adhered to.
7. No parties are allowed.
8. If you intend to build a set or load large amounts of equipment or props into the studios, we must be informed beforehand to ensure we will be able to facilitate.
