About this space

Studio 3 is an 800-square-foot studio located adjacent to Studio 1. It features large north-facing industrial windows that bring in soft natural light, complemented by raw and distressed plasterwork for a textured, industrial feel.

The studio is equipped with a moveable hair and makeup table with a double-sided mirror, a changing area, and a small kitchenette to support your production needs. This space is perfect for small to medium-sized teams, with a recommended crew size of 8-10 people.

Host rules

1. No smoking is allowed inside the premises.
2. No parties are allowed.
3. Each studio comes with photographic and equipment included in the hire fee, please see the last photo for a list of the included equipment.
4. We stock 9 foot coloramas in arctic white, storm grey and black. We charge £25.00 per scoop (up to three metres).
5. There will always be a member of staff on hand to make sure you are set up and comfortable with the lighting and all other equipment.
6. Audio recording and noise levels: Please be aware that the studios are not perfectly suited for recording audio, this is due to nearby train lines and the busy nature of the Bussey Building as a whole. We still have plenty of clients who do so however, particularly for short takes and when close proximity mics are used, such as lapel mics. Our neighbours are respectful and we kindly ask that you keep excessive noise to a minimum. Live musical performance and amplified music in general (apart from a small bluetooth speaker), is not allowed.
7. If you intend to build a set or load large amounts of equipment or props into the studios, we must be informed beforehand to ensure we will be able to facilitate.
