Located just one minute from London Overground Hackney Wick Station and minutes from Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park Stratford, this versatile creative studio is designed for shoots, rehearsals, workshops, castings, classes, and content production.
The space features high ceilings, large windows, and stunning Olympic Park views, filling the studio with natural light throughout the day. Blackout blinds, blackout curtains, and a 12-track LED lighting system allow the atmosphere to shift easily from bright and open to intimate and cinematic.
Fully equipped for both creative and professional use, the studio includes:
- Free Wi-Fi
- Two 32” TVs for presentations or playback
- BenQ projector with grey, white, and green Colorama backdrops
- Softbox lights and phone tripod for content creation
- Full-length mirrors
- Flexible furniture setup with folding tables, chairs, benches, beanbags, and blankets
A private kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and hot water dispenser makes the space ideal for longer sessions and full-day bookings.
Previously used for photoshoots, rehearsals, acting classes, workshops, auditions, and branded content creation, the studio offers a comfortable, adaptable setting for a wide range of creative projects.

Host rules
- No parties or late night events
- Large events require hired security
- Pets are allowed
- Ticketed events are allowed
- No smoking in the building
- Food and drink is permitted in the studio with authorisation from the studio manager
-Any spillages must be cleared by the client and reported to management. The studio must be left clean and tidy ready for the next client. Please dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided. Under no circumstances should liquids be put in the bins. All dishes must be cleaned in the sink area outside the studio door. If additional bin liners are required, please notify the studio manager.
- If your booking involves children, please message us before booking
- One Nest security camera is on the studio wall with a view of the whole space. This is for safety and security reasons
- Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited
- There are no noise restrictions in the studio. Please note that as this rule applies to all studios within the building and our studio isn’t soundproofed, we cannot guarantee clean audio if you are using the space for audio recording.
- This space isn't recommended for yoga or workshops requiring floor heavy movement.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
