The open plan living space has been updated. The kitchen island is also movable, which further extends the options to adapt the space.
Decorating would be considered.
A steel staircase gives access to the one bedroom which is open plan and provides a gallery view of the living space below.
Parking permits available for street outside and surrounding roads, with the option to hire a space within the gated car park
Parking is free on Theydon Rd at weekends but some surrounding roads require permits

Two large tables and 20 chairs available if needed.

Parking permits available at £12 each and secure gated parking available at £25 each.
