A 1200 sq ft New York style location studio space with a huge amount of natural light. This apartment has a ceiling height of 13ft, and features five industrial style windows to the length of the space, facing East. Each window is 9x6ft, and there are grey blackout blinds.
The open plan living space has been updated. The kitchen island is also movable, which further extends the options to adapt the space.
Decorating would be considered.
A steel staircase gives access to the one bedroom which is open plan and provides a gallery view of the living space below.
Parking permits available for street outside and surrounding roads, with the option to hire a space within the gated car park
Parking is free on Theydon Rd at weekends but some surrounding roads require permits

The space is incredibly versatile and lends itself well to many set ups. Helen is clearly very knowledgable about working on set and is prompt in communication - making the whole hiring process super easy!

Helen was an amazing venue manager and was so helpful and responsive the whole time we worked together. Would definitely love to work with her again. The location was great and worked perfectly for our video shoot, had everything we needed and our talent also loved the venue.

Meter parking on street parking nearby with day passes available, with the option to hire a space within the complex or day passes on street.
