The open plan living space has been updated. The kitchen island is also movable, which further extends the options to adapt the space.
Decorating would be considered.
A steel staircase gives access to the one bedroom which is open plan and provides a gallery view of the living space below.
Meter on street parking nearby, with the option to hire a space within the complex or day vouchers available.

The space is incredibly versatile and lends itself well to many set ups. Helen is clearly very knowledgable about working on set and is prompt in communication - making the whole hiring process super easy!
It was a great experience. Helen is amazing. Super positive and helpful. Really kind. Would definitely recommend.
Helen was an amazing venue manager and was so helpful and responsive the whole time we worked together. Would definitely love to work with her again. The location was great and worked perfectly for our video shoot, had everything we needed and our talent also loved the venue.
