Communication and details on what could be done and step but step on everything surrounding the studio/event was superb. Down to parking and loading bay info, they made sure I was aware of how things worked. Staff were to friendly and helpful. SPECIAL THANKS to Emma, Melanie, Verity and sorry another guy that helped us out on Friday (sorry I can’t remember his name) but he was so helpful too with carrying our stuff as well. Honestly they helped out as much as they could and were just lovely overall. I believe our guest enjoyed and event went smoothly because everything was in place beforehand. BIG THANK YOU to the studio team
Not any fault of the company, but maybe guidance for guests on how to navigate the building to find the studios. I may have missed it to be fair but did require us having to go downstairs to find lost guests
