Excellent and fast communication from the venue managers. They were very helpful with requests and everything on the day ran very smoothly. The venue itself is very welcoming and is a great space for a company offsite, it felt very relaxed and was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely keep in mind for any future bookings.
The location and meeting room were brilliant, and well received. There was quite a large booking issue, but this was resolved relatively quickly by the staff on site.
Enjoyed the venue and was the right fit for our informal meeting. Nice to be able to prepare our own food and the team were on hand to help with technical issues.
Great, versatile space. Plenty of seats and seat pads. Projector was great with HDMI link. 3 toilets, kitchen area with table, another lounge. Lots of props, accessories if needed. 3 doors to get through all with different codes, but you can lock one of them open.
Great space with great amenities. Worked well as a meeting space for presentation and training, as well as being a great space to get photos for our website.
Chocolate studios is a nice space which is very convenient and well set up for meetings. Communication and set up was very easy.
Excellent venue! Communication leading up to the event was excellent with prompt replies, and on-the-day coordination was exceptional. Staff were friendly and helpful, and catering was excellent. Thank you!
All of our board members were really pleased with the venue - the location, the layout and the intimacy of the space for our group of 15. Excellent coffee (Union Coffee Roasters) and tea provided. Craig was very helpful, setting up the room as requested.
