The location and meeting room were brilliant, and well received. There was quite a large booking issue, but this was resolved relatively quickly by the staff on site.
Smoother booking process to avoid administration errors. We booked 2 months ago through TagVenue, received confirmation of booking and receipt of payment, but the venue was unaware of our booking. Had the room not been free this would have created extreme difficulties to resolve last minute on the day.

- The room and space was great and super convenient for my team. - The amenities offered (tea/coffee/cutlery) were basic but sufficient. - The quality of the space was incredibly high for the price paid, compared to other locations nearby. Easily the best value-for-money location I've found in the Old Street area. - The positives from the space significantly outweigh the minor inconveniences I had, though our workshop was largely digital and conversational, so we weren't adversely affected by potential limitations of the space listed in my dislikes.
No major problems, but there were a few things that could have been better. - The TV in the room was too small for the space and table size. - The whiteboard is whiteboard paint and requires a spray to wipe clean, rather than a dedicated whiteboard - The plugs in the desk are recessed and angled, which means that Macbook Pro chargers didn't fit them. They had no extension leads either so I had to squirrel around under the desks to plug laptops into the floor
