About this space

The Designer's Penthouse is a whole penthouse that reads like a private residential apartment, defined by calm, designer interiors and a compact, domestic layout.

Design: The interior pairs mid-century-style seating and simple timber flooring with a neutral painted backdrop, potted plants and a full-height mirror to create tidy, low-contrast sightlines across an open living area.

Features: The venue includes high-speed Wi‑Fi and air conditioning, an open-plan layout that receives plenty of natural daylight, and a clear noise-restriction policy to observe during hire.

Ideal for: Small creative teams and private groups seeking a relaxed, social setting suited to seated meals or informal standing receptions.

What sets it apart: An integrated PA system is provided and the venue permits external DJs to run their own music, allowing a controlled DJ-led sound setup.
