All the staff were really friendly and accommodating, much appreciated for this!

It was a big booking for 180 people, and dietary requirements (gluten free/vegen) food was not prepared in advance - even thought this was communicated and requested in advance. The bar staff went to go buy these options when I requested, but this meant that when the guests arrived, they had to wait for their food... Even thought I order buffet for 180 people and only 140 came, the sharing items - fish and lamb kofta - finished in the first 15min, so some guest did not get to have them.

Ludo and the booking team were very helpful in setting up the booking plus the food and drinks. The staff on the day were really friendly and did everything they could to ensure we had a good time. Our group all thought the venue was good and the food excellent.
