Loved the location, the food, drinks, staff all very helpful and nice! They accommodated to our needs for all our special day! They even allowed our music to continue on the 9th floor after midnight. Loved the staff and how helpful they were in sorting out issues. Thank you!
There were some issues with connecting our music to the venue west wing speakers and due to variety of events going on between the different locations, our music played by our own speaker was overshadowed. The staff dealt with this beautifully by connecting our music to main speakers and putting volume up. This issue happened twice and think on a wedding evening, which highly special, this problem should be thought about thoroughly rather than us trying to sort this out with the staff on the day.
