All the staff were really friendly and accommodating, much appreciated for this!
It was a big booking for 180 people, and dietary requirements (gluten free/vegen) food was not prepared in advance - even thought this was communicated and requested in advance. The bar staff went to go buy these options when I requested, but this meant that when the guests arrived, they had to wait for their food... Even thought I order buffet for 180 people and only 140 came, the sharing items - fish and lamb kofta - finished in the first 15min, so some guest did not get to have them.
