It's an amazing venue. Beautiful chairs great drapes – it really did transform into a beautiful space for my group. The people who helped on the night were so amazing, so kind and so patient – they really did support with all the technical help and just ensuring that everything was done well. I was able to have my van go without any issues but was assured that if anything did happen with the technical elements, I would have someone there ready to help me! I would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back and hosting another event there
I would've appreciated the opportunity to bring my own drinks! I know it's a pub so understand but I would've loved if they allow the soft drinks at least as it wasn't even allowed to bring juice

Venue was nice Blessing and Jamie Lee were great bar staff and were professional at all times.
My recent experience hosting an event in November was extremely disappointing. The main heating system was not working, and the portable electric radiators provided were completely inadequate. Many of my guests had to keep their coats on from start to finish, which is unacceptable for a booked event. I informed the Supervisor, but his response was dismissive and unhelpful. He continually walked in and out of the space and showed little awareness or concern for the comfort of my guests. Additionally, he helped himself to food without my permission, which crossed professional boundaries. When I asked about the complaints process, I was met with a confrontational attitude and told to “drop an email,” which only added to the frustration. This level of customer service falls far below what I expect, and it significantly impacted the evening. I strongly believe the Supervisor needs retraining in communication, professionalism, and guest care. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as my experience was affected in ways that should not happen at any well-run venue.
