Excellent location, lovely garden, fully functioning kitchen, great big screen for presentations, really helpful manager
Perhaps a bit more outdoor seating would have been useful
This venue was exceptional. It's such a beautiful location and the room has natural light streaming in all day. All the staff were extremely helpful throughout the day, responsive to any query, as well as speedy to reply and help by phone/email before. We had a very special day at the venue and cannot thank the team enough!
Charming little venue with a lovely private garden which proved ideal for my wedding reception. The manager, David was super nice and helpful from the day I first visited, all the way through to the event itself. Great that the venue provided chairs and some tables, as well as offering hiring of garden games. All guests loved the day and were impressed by location. Really good memories of this experience - would def recommend using the space!
Dulwich is not necessarily the easiest to get to but once you're there, it's very pretty!
Perfect location for small celebration. House is sweet and garden is great if weather is good. Staff really helpful. Especially great in spring/summer when hedge has leaves.
Had to use preferred catering although this was very good and saved a lot extra organisation.
About Dulwich Picture Gallery
The Gallery was designed by the architect, Sir John Soane and was created to display the paintings in the best possible manner. Soane’s design made use of overhead skylights to flood the gallery with natural light and a series of interconnecting rooms to give the impression of endless space.
