From start to finish, the experience was really easy. The team were helpful, professional, and great to communicate with throughout. The setup was exactly as discussed, and we were able to bring our own decorations to really make the space ours. We connected our own music and ran a presentation on the screen, and everything ran smoothly. The team loved the venue, the food, and how friendly and accommodating the staff were. They also kindly let us store boxes overnight to be collected the next day, which meant no one had to carry Secret Santa gifts, awards, or decorations around for the rest of the evening.

The events person Georgie was a nightmare to work with, really incompetent The food was really mediocre, my main was chicken and it was very undercooked They are charging a lot of money for very average food, my grilled chicken and rice had no vegetables at all Toilets were not cleaned regularly The toilet in the garden room smelt like sewage
