Host rules
1. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas.
2. Alcohol may only be consumed in accordance with the venue's premises licence.
3. Music will be reduced to background level after 11:00 PM in consideration of neighbouring properties.
4. Confetti, glitter, smoke effects, sparklers and open flames are not permitted.
5. Deliveries, decorations, collections and supplier access must take place within the agreed booking period.
6. Guests must leave the venue by the agreed booking end time.
7. The organiser is responsible for any loss or damage caused by themselves, their guests or suppliers. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
8. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
9. Exclusive rooftop hire requires a minimum of 40 guests. If fewer than 40 guests attend, the booking will be treated as semi-private and exclusive use of the rooftop will no longer apply.
10. All guests should arrive within 30 minutes of the agreed event start time. If the minimum attendance has not arrived within this period, the venue reserves the right to amend the booking status or release the reserved area without refund of the deposit.
11. Private event bookings include a maximum of 4 hours. Additional time is subject to availability and will incur an additional charge.
12. Final guest numbers must be confirmed before the event. The venue reserves the right to relocate the booking or allocate a more suitable area based on the confirmed attendance and operational requirements.
13. If the organiser fails to arrive within 30 minutes of the agreed start time without prior notice, the venue reserves the right to release the reserved space to other customers. Any deposit or payments made will remain non-refundable.
14. Venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is abusive, aggressive, intoxicated or disruptive.
15. By paying the deposit, the organiser confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
