Booking Terms and Conditions
1. A **£10 per person deposit** is required to secure your booking. The deposit is non-transferable but is **fully redeemable against food and drinks** on the day of your event.
2. The deposit must be paid within 7 days of booking or at least 1 month before the event, whichever is sooner.
3. The remaining balance must be paid **7 days before the event**, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
5. Bookings for **30 guests or fewer** are subject to a **minimum spend of £60 per person**.
6. If guest numbers decrease after booking, the agreed minimum spend will still apply. No refunds will be given for non-attending guests.
7. Private hire accommodates up to **50 seated** or **100 standing** guests.
8. All bookings are served from our **à la carte menu only**, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
9. A **12.5% discretionary service charge** will be added to the final bill.
10. Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved in writing by the venue.
11. Decorations are welcome provided they do not damage the venue. Nothing may be attached to walls, ceilings, windows or furniture using nails, screws, glue, tape or adhesives. **Confetti, glitter and table confetti are strictly prohibited.** Any damage or additional cleaning costs will be charged to the organiser.
12. External speakers, DJs and sound systems are not permitted. Music must be played through the venue's in-house sound system and kept at a reasonable volume. After 11:00 pm, only background music is permitted.
13. The organiser is responsible for any loss or damage caused by guests during the event.
14. By paying the deposit, the organiser confirms acceptance of these Booking Terms and Conditions.
