If events are cancelled due to personal preference then we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds.

Could have done with labels for the gluten free/vegan food dishes ordered It was busy downstairs with my guests so, though all food came out in a timely manner it was hard to distinguish what was what, and naturally important with dietary issues

I hosted my birthday party at Tamesis Dock, and what can I say? It was a perfect night. The venue and location are top-notch, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. Highly recommend to anyone who is planning a special event!

Great venue at a central location. Area was marked out in advance, and communication with the venue was quick and helpful. Food came out on time and was more than enough for guests! Staff were very helpful on the day.
Probably wasn't quite large enough for 40 guests, it became quite hard to move around the boat.

Had an absolutely brilliant night, the staff were attentive and helpful and even helped the entertainment set up. Food was excellent and all delivered as promised so thrilled all round, would 100% host another party here.
The only suggestion I would have is they could have had a few more people on the bar, the whole place was very busy and there was always a huge queue at the bar as a result.
