About this space

The function room at Hop Poles is available for up to 100 guests standing (or 40 guests seated). This space features its own private bar, toilets and access to a private outdoor terrace (on request).

Hop Poles' location makes it the perfect venue for special occasions and corporate celebrations!

Under 18s are permitted in the function room until 8pm, making it the perfect area for family occasions. The function room is available for private parties until 00:00.

You are welcome to bring your own DJ for your event (equipment not provided by venue), or we have a roster of DJs available to host your party.

** Please note with the exceptions of meetings, this space requires a minimum 60 guests to book. Seasonal minimum spends are applicable between the dates of 18th November-31st December 2024 and may differ from the spends listed. Please enquire for an accurate quote for your party **
