About this space

Spread out and enjoy two levels of Near & Far, plus your own bar! You'll have exlusive use of our roof terrace and mezzanine area giving you space for up to 75 guests.

The mezzanine is the biggest space we have here at Near&Far and features its own bar, a gorgeous desert themed mural, banquette seating and flexible lighting. This leads directly up to the terrace which is heated and covered in winter and filled with sunshine in the summer months. Its decorated with plants, palm trees a sparkling mirror ball and ambient evening lighting. In this space you can also play your own music and show presentations and videos on the flat screen TV.

For smaller groups, we have offer hire of each space seperately.

The venue offers 100% gluten-free Californian inspired dishes and we have a variety of packages to suit all types of party.

I recently had the pleasure of hosting a party at Studio 48, and I can't say enough about how incredible the experience was, thanks to Joanne and the amazing team at the venue. From start to finish, Joanne went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. She was attentive, thoughtful, and truly cared about making sure every detail was perfect. She checked in with me throughout the event to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves and that everything was taken care of. Her dedication to making my party a success was evident in everything she did. The venue itself, Studio 48, is absolutely stunning. It's not just beautiful, but also perfectly designed for events, with a great atmosphere and all the amenities you could need. The staff at Studio 48, including Danny, were also incredibly helpful. Danny went out of his way to assist with any last-minute requests and made sure we were all comfortable throughout the night. The level of service provided by the entire team truly exceeded my expectations. I’m so grateful for all the hard work Joanne and the staff put in to make my event unforgettable. If you're looking for a fantastic venue with an exceptional team, Studio 48 is the place to be! Highly recommend!

I loved the design of the place and it was decorated for Halloween which was fun surprise. the staff were great and friendly. They had a DJ on which gave great atmosphere.

A friend oof mine and I celebrated our birthday together at Studio48 and we couldn't have asked for anything else! We had such a great time, all the staff were super lovely and friendly and they made our night! Prices were very reasonable, good music, good vibes... could not recommend enough!
