Location of the venue
Venue has no issue taking money but can’t inform you the roof of a rooftop isn’t working for the rooftop bar. Toilets also had a disgusting smell that had to be cleaned by the owners throughout the night. The smell ran through the event. Spoke to a foolish manager on the phone and he’s got an attitude telling me he’d speak with the sales team like I give a flying monkeys. Advising me after 8pm the outside area/rooftop has to be closed on a phone call at 7:30pm….hopefully moving forward they will learn time.
