About this space
The pool room on the ground floor can be booked for groups of 20-90. The space includes exclusive use of our Pool Table and also some board games too!
The space is conveniently located next to our bar, and we have an in-house DJ playing most Friday nights. You can also pre-order some of our metre pizzas, finger food boards and refreshing drinks packages for your guests to share.
The minimum pre-order and hire fee depends on the season and event type.

We held our engagement party here for friends and family and it was absolutely amazing. The staff were so lovely and couldnt have been more helpful, even changing the food times on the day slightly to accomodate us better. the food was incredible and we got lots of complements on the metre pizzas. The space we hired was plenty big enough and guests were happy they could easily come and go as they wanted. We ended the night downstairs in the karaoke room which was a lot of fun. Everything was well communicated in the lead up to the event, and everyone was easy to get hold of. We were able to put up a few bits of decor around like banners which was really nice. The venue is in a really nice area too, a few minutes from paddington which really helped guests.

Really friendly hosts and organisers. The layout was organised as I had requested. The pre-ordered food and drinks were excellent. They were very helpful with holding the birthday cake until the right time. Overall excellent service and semi private area for booking.

The Heist Bank Pool Room was a lovely semi private setting, where we had the best time playing pool and board games, as well as being able to chat and have a great time. We were allowed to put birthday banners and balloons and have a cake. Zac and Caroline were also lovely to deal with and helped me pick an incredible venue for a very affordable price
No fault of any of the staff, but people standing close to our area, so we had to basically be segregated in the pool room. We had the outside space as well, but we didn't get to use it as people were too close to us in that pool room. But this is a very minor thing and we enjoyed our time so much
