Having our own space was great, food was delicious
The room is quite small, drinks were served before I requested, and the bar is upstairs, so each time someone needs something, they need to leave the room. The security staff were a bit rude when asking us to leave at the end of the event (we were trying to clean teh decoration, take presents with us, etc and he was rushing us in very bad manners)

We were looking for the perfect venue for some after-event drinks on a Thursday evening, and we absolutely found it at Heist Bank.
The atmosphere was spot-on. It strikes a great balance between being lively and energetic, without being so loud that you can't have a good conversation. The decor is industrialist and fun, which made for a great informal setting. It's definitely an ideal choice for making corporate events less 'stuffy'.
The staff were fantastic – knowledgeable, quick, and really friendly.
We also appreciated the games room for its ability to play our own music, run the screen off our laptop.
Overall, a 5-star experience at Heist Bank. I can't recommend it enough. We will definitely be back!

The room was lovely and set up perfectly. Great having the karaoke and games to play. Food was delicious and easy to pop to the bar to get drinks. Great private space for an intimate party. The staff were fantastic from booking to end.
