Staff on the night were friendly and helpful. Yuri, on the bar was great all evening and the manager was super helpful in trying to work out the last minute issues.
The Head Office staff told us incorrect information and do not communicate with the venue. We booked for a cabaret evening including singer. This was in the primary message months prior. 2 weeks before we were told the microphone and speaker can't work at the same time so to hire a speaker. We arrived with said speaker for the manager to tell us this was against his licencing. The singer then refused to sing without a microphone. I would have booked elsewhere had we known the issues upfront but the Head Office staff were disorganised and uncommunicative. Booking through tagvenue was also difficult because only 1 person could liaise with the venue when we had several organisers.
