The TVs do not have an integrated microphone, but a small conferencing unit is available for client use and can be set up. It connects to the device via USB and can be placed in the centre of a table, for example.

What access is available for mobility-restricted users?

A wheelchair and mobility lift connects the front door to the Lower Ground Floor and Lounge area, while an internal main lift connects to all other floors. From the front door, a small eight-stair set leads to Reception; the Blue Room is on the Ground Floor behind Reception and is accessible by this staircase. Wheelchair users and people with limited mobility can use the wheelchair lift to reach the Lower Ground Floor, followed by the internal lift to the Ground Floor.

Are the venue's rooms quiet?

Yes, the rooms are quiet and not intruded by outdoor noise, although the doors are not officially soundproof.
