Communication between ourselves and event organisers were very prompt and flexible. Answered queries and any last minute changes that were requested. Allowed us to drop off merchandise a day before the event. Food service was great, friendly and smiley, food was fresh and well served.
Rooms were bright and airy, air conditioning was good, technology worked well, and tea/coffee/biscuit facilities were well stocked and appreciated. The team were very helpful.
