Mattia was great, helping us arrange a wonderful evening suitable for all of our guests. The library room was beautiful, and the food tasted fantastic, as you'd expect! A memorable evening. Thank you.
The staff were genuinely lovely and helpful, but overall service was a bit slow and sometime disjointed. But the overall experience was such a treat, and they allowed us our discretion, so we certainly could overlook that.

I booked a private dining room at L’Escargot, the Green room, we were a large group of friends on a Saturday evening. We had a wonderful time, from start to finish was absolutely fantastic.
The food was outstanding, the smoked salmon for starter was delicious - the ideal starter, followed by the rack of lamb which was cooked to perfection, absolutely stunning served with the potato dauphinoise and all finished off with Crème brûlée.
Our waiter David was excellent, he was very attentive, friendly and accommodating. The table was set beautifully, the room with its chandeliers and period features a great setting for a banquet. The atmosphere was relaxed, comfortable and private with a sense of autonomy. We were able to play our own music and even add some of our own decorations and accessories to the table setting. Our drinks were ready on arrival, everything was seamless from start to finish.
I would highly recommend L’Escargot, I’ve eaten a few times in the restaurant and now as a large group in a private dining room and every time has been a great experience. I will certainly be back.

'Had an amazing work christmas party at L'escargot snail bar. Was so nice having our own private room, with bathrooms right next to it, it's own little bar where we could decide in advance what drinks we could have available. The food was lovely and a good quantity. We were allowed to bring our own speakers and play our own music. A pianist came half way through and played for a couple of hours, which we actually didn't realise was part of the evening, was a nice touch, although would have been better if we'd known in advance so we could decide if it was actually right for our event.
