I held a Corporate Event at Gauchos. The Service has been superb from initial online enquiry - communication, flexibility and support throughout the preparation for the evening - and a well prepared and excellent staff on hand to serve the evening's guests. Thoroughly impressed and look forward to working with Gauchos on more events going forward.

Emailed and called to get a hold of this venue. When I called I was told I could only communicate via email. When I pressed the issue, was told the venue would call me back and they never did. Expected more professionalism from Gaucho - also, why put a phone number on your contact card if you only communicate via email (but then don't reply via email)
