Food was great, and the drinks, and the hospitality and staff service was great and very attentive.
Not sure if anyone could provide clarity on this, but we were told by the FOH manager (who was lovely and really helpful) that due to the reduced number of guests we had from 40 to 25, the space we had reserved was still open to the public. Was explained the reason for this on the night but didn't get any note about this from the venue booking team and it seemed a tad confusing as we had paid the full amount and had booked the space. In the end the people there weren't a distraction and it was fine but just would be good to get heads up about it for next time as would like to book again for future events.

This venue was a great atmosphere for my 30th birthday and all my guests loved the self serve wine and gave great compliments for the food! The staff are all friendly and very knowledgeable about the wine on offer. I will definitely be back again!
I mistakenly thought the 'Garden Lounge' was indoors but at no point did any of the team tell me plans in case of rain or question when I asked for a table for cake and gifts and balloons etc. The staff were helpful to move us inside but there is definitely a lack of consistency between them when it comes to big events (one said the kitchen would cut my cake, another said it couldn't be cut and anther handed us a big knife...).

Fantastic atmosphere, staff friendly and helpful, venue was perfect. The party was everything we'd hoped for.
