Food; Music; Decor; Attentiveness & professionalism of staff. Alex was great.
Nothing to make it less than five stars earned overall. One bar staff member was less than polite to my guests, and this was quickly dealt with. Bathroom needed attention and this was also taken care of. Very Busy area so parking is a challenge. Better to use public transport or ride share if possible.

The communication whilst organising has been excellent. The venue and people at the venue were also great and there was clear communication throughout. They had set up tables and decorated with crackers, tinsel and other decor which really added to the great experience. The food was great and the set uo including tech was all as planned.

I found it so easy to book the venue for my party through Tagvenue, it was a stress-free process and literally the perfect venue to host in. It's easy to find, delicious food and drinks, amazing staff and an amazing space. I was able to fit in decorations and a photobooth. From enquiring about hiring the venue to the end of my party, I was really impressed by the efforts and the communication from the staff at Cotton's Club Shoreditch. I especially want to thank Giorgiana, Prince, Alex and all the bar staff that helped set up the venue and served on the night. Literally could not have asked for a better team - we offered to help with the set up but they had it all sorted themselves.
