Venue looks quite nice. Manager was friendly and helped us out with setting up the decor and arranging a missing wire to play music. Food quality was good, also catered to a guest with strict dietary requirements. They were helpful with serving our wedding cake, providing all cutlery and plates.
Giorgiana has been friendly, but slow in communication. Calling is often not much faster because they almost always take your message and call back later. When messaging I often had to repeat questions. The venue didn't limit the types of drinks we told them could be ordered for our tab correctly. There was an unexplained charge on our bill that still hasn't been explained 1.5 weeks later. They could only serve one type of cocktail during the event without any communication about that beforehand. They threw away a lot of food we paid for at least an hour before the event was meant to end without any question if we wanted to keep it. They didn't provide a full bill on the night. We still haven't received the full bill. Almost all women's toilets didn't have a toilet seat. Our party ended abruptly when security kicked us out. Not very friendly. Not notice of wrapping up beforehand.
Giorgiana was helpful throughout the whole process and made the organising process less stressful! The staff on the day were amazing and made it all the more enjoyable! Couldn’t recommend enough
Amazing venue, I chose it as I had a purple surprise party and it was the perfect place! Great communication with Jola she responded in good time and helped me with the preparation leading up to the event. All staff on the night were very catering to us, patient lovely people! Had a really great party I would choose this venue again. Included 4 course meal, DJ and bottomless drinks. The food was honesty really tasty and came out in good time considering I had 60 guests!
Location, man at the bar was very kind and helpful as was security!
- sticky floors from previous event - did not follow through with what was initially discussed e.g. no cocktails served, attempted to end event an hour before what was scheduled, wanted to close the kitchen at 8pm, stopped serving at the bar earlier than discussed therefore affecting bar spend - Alexandra was barely downstairs and did not know many answers to questions - Security seemed to know more and assisted in a way a manager would I would avoid unless you are throwing a personal event!!
