Fun, original venue for an 18th birthday party. The guests could play their own music, and the karaoke and gaming options were great ice breakers. The staff were professional and attentive to our needs. The food was excellent as was the choice of drinks.
The bartender Sebastian was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us.
Manager Robin was very rude and unhelpful. He was disrespectful and incompetent. The room and bathrooms were dirty. There was not enough staff for the large number of guests. When we arrived there were other people in our private room.
Food tasted good. The waiters were very attentive and very helpful. Overall a good experience. My colleagues enjoyed the evening especially our colleague who was leaving for whom we held the party for.
Venue is too dark for me, could do with a dimmer switch to get it brighter while eating. Will be nice to see your food properly while eating them, then light could be adjusted later when just having drinks. I asked for food to be served at 18:15 but was not ready, first batch of food was served at 18:40ish. I was expecting a buffet where all food were on the table labeled so those who are vegetarian will know which ones they are. Also 2 of my selected dishes were not available and I was made to choose for replacement dishes while we were eating already. Hot food was not very warm. Mics were not working properly but were sorted when you ask them.
We had such an amazing time and our host and bar staff was amazing. Omg we didn’t know the buffet was going to be that much we had a lot of extras over so everyone got to taste everything. The food was delicious especially the pork belly. She was so surprised and really enjoyed her night. Thank you once again for everything and already being so quick with your responses.
WiFi didn’t work and Reception was really bad, we had to come upstairs to get reception.

You will have use of the 2 screens in there to play on the playstation's, wii's and karaoke!
You can also connect your phone, IPad or laptop via Chrome Cast & Apple TV to screen videos, show images, use of the spotify inbuilt into the smart tv or host presentations. You can also use the same connection to put your own music on if you like.
