Overall experience was good. Staff were friendly enough and helpful on day of events. Comms were also very quick throughout process. Venue was clean and nicely set out on the night. Also, accommodated adding additional cocktails on the menu so my mum could have her favourites
Really confusing payment terms and documents. Kept being asked the pay the remainder of the min spend despite me saying I wanted guests to pay for their drinks on the night, apparently I should ignore the emails, but doesn’t make sense why they wouldn’t sort this out. Butter knife given for cake cutting on the night. Birds nest right under outdoor seating area dedicated for our party. Can imagine the mess falling. Last follow up comes have been bad, didn’t hear back after providing feedback.

Beautiful venue, friendly staff, excellent food and nice selection of drinks. Would definitely book again.
We had issues with using the screen and no one seemed to know how to resolve this. It kept happening and ruined the flow of games and activities we had planned.
It is a little overpriced for food and portion sizes are very small for the price so allowing outside catering would have been preferable.
