Really great venue! It was great that the room had everything in one place and floor (bar, outdoor area, inside seating etc). The staff were really friendly, helpful and communicative, they kept me in the loop on timings and they were always around to help. The food was delicious and drinks were lovely with quick service at the bar. They helped us with tidying away decorations and allowed us to come and collect the next day which was appreciated. They were also really accomodating with me coming a little early to set everything up and honestly it felt like they couldn't have done any more! We had a great time, thank you!

It was an absolutely brilliant venue for my daughter's 18th Great location, nice room well set up, extremely helpful and friendly staff especially Michelle, Yousef, Mohammad, Kingsley, Kiran and it was a reasonable cost too. Everyone had a lovely evening!
The toilets were shared with the main bar but obviously not a thing you can easily change

The staff were very helpful, except the security lady who was quite pushy and quite abrupt to our guests.
The food was really nice and the waiting service from the waiters was amazing.
Roxy was very clear and very helpful in organising our event.
The security lady who was in the suite was rude and very pushy as well as abrupt with our guests. Numerous guests complained about her. Please ask her to be kind and not to berude to staff. We paid alot of money not to be spoken rudely to our guest.
Also, the was no music which our guests were asking for. Would of been nice to have music playing so we could dance.
